A love for fine wood guides the creation of each piece of our natural form furniture. Through the sensuous beauty of its form, our furniture draws both eyes and hands to its smooth surface to feel the vibrant life within it. The reclaimed or salvaged wood from which we create each piece reveals an ingrained history of hundreds of years.
The unique beauty of our furniture is enhanced by precise joinery utilized in fine traditional furniture. The mortise and tendon work allows the pieces to flow and come alive.
However, the graceful and complete lines of our furniture are anything but traditional. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original inspired by nature and artistically rendered by master artisans. We seek to make each piece a celebration of natural form and function.
All of our furniture is made in our shop on the Croton River from wood species native to the United States. Species used are primarily American cherry, American walnut, sugar maple, red maple, black ash and white ash.
All pieces are finished with bio-friendly stains and varnishes that are extremely durable and require minimal maintenance.
Pieces shown are generally those for sale but custom orders are welcome. Any prices shown do not include delivery or shipping charges.
